Common questions

How long does processing take?: A 60-minute sermon is usually ready in 15–25 minutes total: stitching + audio + transcription + clip proposals all run in parallel. You get an email when it’s done.
What if the AI proposes a clip that doesn’t make sense out of context?: The analyzer flags those with a context warning before you ever see them in the “Approved” bucket. You review every clip before anything renders.
Does it post the clips for me?: Not yet — for now it produces the files + the post copy and you upload them by hand or via a scheduler. Direct posting to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is on the roadmap.
Can I use my own intro/outro?: Yes. Upload them once in Settings → Branding and every future sermon gets the same intro before and outro after.
Where do my files live?: On our server in the US. We auto-delete original uploads after 14 days to keep storage tidy; rendered clips, transcripts, and the SermonAudio package stay as long as your subscription is active.
Do you have a sister product for the rest of church communications?: Yes — TogetherChurch.app handles weekly announcements, events, member texting, and a built-in AI assistant called ADAM. Both products live under Great Church Tech.
